Earlier this week, the Republicans picked up a key House district in California that puts them one step closer to taking back the House in 2020.

This is not good. This shows that Team Trump’s false narratives and political tricks are working, and we need to redouble our efforts if we want to flip this battleground seat blue come November.

Our opponent knows this too. She’s gone as far as embracing the “Obamagate” conspiracy theory meant to distract from the Trump Administration’s lack of leadership during this global crisis, calling on her supporters to donate to her campaign to “reveal the truth about the liberal coup.”

We don’t need another Trump mouthpiece in Congress. We need a proven leader that can help Texas and our nation rebuild our economy and the confidence in our leadership. That leader is Colonel (ret) Kim Olson.
