First of all, I'm thrilled to announce that our year-end matching challenge has been INCREASED to $100,000! Now, here's an update:

This year, progressives in the Minnesota legislature tried to strip away your religious freedom in a plethora of ways. Here are just two examples: alongside allies at MCC, my team members Rebecca Delahunt and Renee Carlson provided both legal analysis and testimony against SF2209 and SF3967.

These bills would have mandated that all employers (including religious employers) provide employer-paid insurance coverage of so-called “gender-affirming care” and abortion. But we fought against this and got a WIN.

We knew progressives had the votes to force these bad bills through. What we did next was vital--instead of throwing up our arms in defeat, we worked with our allies to ENSURE that religious employers and small businesses are EXEMPT from these requirements which threaten religious freedom.

I'm proud to share that following these collaborative efforts, legislators added an exemption to each of these bills for religious employers and small businesses. This is a win for all Minnesotans!

But now we're setting our sights on 2025 and beyond. John, my team needs your help to continue winning for your religious freedom in legislature and in the courts. Now that the progressive trifecta is BROKEN, our chances of success are even greater!
