But there’s more threats around the corner, because Trump will have the power to appoint more far-right justices and skew the judiciary for decades to come.

We know from his first term that he made transforming the courts his priority – he named 234 federal judges with the help of Mitch McConnell and Senate Republicans, including THREE conservative Supreme Court justices who played a key role in overturning Roe v. Wade.
