Not sure if you’ve seen this John: Democrats lost a special election this week. California’s 25th Congressional district will now be held by a Republican. Politico's analysis revealed that Democratic voters did not return their mail-in ballots :

“...less-reliable Democratic voters did not return their ballots en masse, which may be problematic.”

“Problematic” is an understatement if you want to defeat Donald Trump and take back the Senate in November. Backsliding is NOT an option.

We’re mobilizing to expand vote-by-mail AND we have a plan for following-up with voters so their vote is counted. The clock is ticking and we must order the applications ASAP. If you can give today, $25 is what we need to reach 20 voters in a swing state. [[link removed]]

It’s a whole new world campaigning during a pandemic. Without in-person events and door-knocking, we must get creative and act quickly to reach voters.

In California’s 25th Congressional district, Democratic voters did not return their ballots and we lost.

We can’t afford regrets this November. That's why we're acting NOW to make sure the ballot box is accessible with mail-in voting.

If you don’t want to lose this November, donate to Vote From Home 2020 so we can reach voters and expand vote-by-mail. [[link removed]]

Losing hurts. That seat was flipped from red to blue in 2018 with hard work (our founders actually knocked doors to help the Democratic candidate who won). Let’s make sure voters are prepared by expanding mail-in voting before the November election.

Thanks,
Vote From Home 2020

Vote From Home 2020 is a grassroots movement that's making vote by mail more accessible. With a $25 donation, we'll send vote by mail applications to 20 voters. COVID-19 has brought America to a halt, and with it almost all in-person voter mobilization efforts. While volunteers can’t get on buses to swing states or go door-to-door right now, there is a huge opportunity for progressives, especially in solidly blue states, to get out the vote where it counts. By sending vote by mail ballots to targeted states and following up with text and calls to voters, we can ensure the 2020 general election is safe and accessible. Please forward this email if you know someone who may be interested. Our average gift is just under $25 so consider donating that today to support voting rights. [[link removed]]
