Liberty Guard Donation Page Dear Patriot,

For over a year, I've been fighting for my life against my former employer, Project Veritas, who has sued me to stop me from doing what I do best . . . undercover investigative journalism.

Despite that burden, the last year has been the most productive of my life. I've exposed everyone from Disney to Meta and produced my first-ever documentary, Line in the Sand.

All of that work has been made possible because of the support of a few thousand donors across America who believe in me.

If they win this lawsuit against me, I will not be able to communicate with them and you.

Help me survive and keep fighting by donating to my defense fund here.

Next week, we will start deposing Project Veritas leaders to uncover the truth about this case.

My attorneys are prepared to move forward but are deeply concerned about the costs of the in-person depositions. As depositions can last days, I have to pay for airfare, hotel rooms, and conference rooms, along with hefty legal bills.

I still owe over $66k in legal fees and anticipate that the depositions will cost well over $100k more.

The situation isn't good, and if I cannot cover the fees this week, we'll have to switch strategies to economize on this litigation, which is never a good thing.

As long as I have the money to fight, I know we can win, and that's where you come in. Will you make an emergency donation today to help cover my outstanding legal bills?

Litigation takes years. It's tedious, stressful and expensive. In the case of Project Veritas suing me, it's necessary, as is my countersuit. In other cases, it's a matter of principle, and it is worth it, as I found out this week when I won my defamation lawsuit against CNN.

Earlier this week, after three years of fighting in the courts, The 11th Circuit Court of Appeals ruled in my favor against CNN!

Despite the time it took and the expense of more than a million dollars in legal fees, it was worth it as CNN was held accountable for its actions against me.

Circuit Court Judge Ed Carnes wrote in his opinion:

"If you stay on the bench long enough, you see a lot of things. Still, I never thought I'd see a major news organization downplaying the importance of telling the truth in its broadcasts. But that is what CNN has done in this case."

Accountability comes in many forms, and CNN was held accountable for its actions this week. With your help, you can help protect my future while holding the leaders of Project Veritas accountable for their choices to oust me from the organization I founded from a small room above a garage built by my grandfather's hands.

When I started Project Veritas, I was a 26-year-old young man with a philosophy degree from Rutgers and far more passion than knowledge . . . and certainly more passion than I had money as PV was started on my personal credit cards.

In the 14 years since then, through what seems like lifetimes of work and enough tribulation to go along with it, I have the knowledge, the team, and, thanks to donors around the country, the resources to do the unimaginable.

But first, I have to survive this case to keep doing the work I love. Please donate whatever amount you can so that I can pay my outstanding legal bills and fund the coming depositions.

Again, I have this week to pay $66k in outstanding fees, and every dollar you donate can help me get there.

Thanks again for all that you do.
