Lawmakers have an opportunity to override Governor Cooper's veto of HB 10's Opportunity Scholarship Program expansion THIS WEEK. 

This override would allocate additional funding so eligible families who applied for the Opportunity Scholarship Program can now receive their scholarships. The legislation also supplies an additional $24 million to help meet expanded demand for North Carolina's ESA+ Program for special needs families.
