Agriculture Research Laboratory groundbreaking at WVSU
WHO: Gov. Jim Justice, WVSU President Ericke S. Cage, Agriculture Commissioner Kent Leonhardt, Senator Glenn Jeffries, Delegate JB Akers, other state and local officials.
WHAT: Gov. Justice and others will break ground on the new state-of-the-art agricultural research laboratory at West Virginia State University. In June, Gov. Justice signed SB 1003, which allocated $50 million for the project.
WHEN: Tuesday, November 19, 2024, at 1:00 p.m.
WHERE: West Virginia State University
The event will be held at the site of the new lab, adjacent to Parking Lot C on the WVSU campus.

Nitro-St. Albans Bridges dedication ceremony
WHO: Gov. Jim Justice, Transportation Secretary Jimmy Wriston, state and local officials.
WHAT: Gov. Justice will celebrate the Nitro-St. Albans bridges along I-64 with a dedication ceremony. This $254 million project is the largest Roads to Prosperity project completed to date.
WHEN: Tuesday, November 19, 2024, at 2:00 p.m.
