Friend - Helga Zepp-LaRouche opened a dialogue with international collaborators this morning by pointing out that the Biden Administration has given permission to Ukraine to use ATACAM missiles for strikes in the territory of Russia. Zepp-LaRouche pointed out that this is obviously a euphemism because everybody knows that Ukraine alone is technically not capable to use the ATACAMS or Taurus or Storm Shadow missiles. Their deployment requires the technical aid of NATO, i.e. US, German, British forces, which means de facto NATO is entering the war with Russia, or has with this decision entered the war. She said that this is extremely dangerous and absolutely insane and we must go in a complete mobilization to warn against it, which she is sure other forces will do likewise. We're talking about a crucial mobilization in the days ahead since, according to media reports the first such attack on the region of Kursk may occur in the next few days.
