As this long and stressful year begins to draw to a close, it's hard to know if there's anything at all you can do to change your neighborhood and community for the better.

World Central Kitchen is the answer, and here's our simple ask: can you donate $3, or whatever you can spare, to feed folks in need before Thanksgiving next week? [[link removed]]

WCK is an emergency first responder organization providing hot meals to those in crises around the world, including right here in rural America.

They were on the ground around Florida, Georgia, and North Carolina after the devastating storms and hurricanes and across Appalachia during the deadly flooding this past summer and fall.

WCK responds to wartime, humanitarian, or weather-related emergencies wherever they happen. So far, they've provided over 400 million meals to people in desperate need.

As we see more frequent and more intense storms along our Eastern seaboard and in the Gulf of Mexico – along with serious after-effects like flooding – we need organizations like WCK to be ready to provide relief as first responders.

As we gather with our families and friends to celebrate Thanksgiving, this is the perfect time to give back and make sure folks hit hard by natural disasters have clean water and hot food by supporting World Central Kitchen with your donation. [[link removed]]

Thanks for joining me in giving what you can to this incredibly worthy cause.
