Republicans just did what some reporters called unthinkable: they flipped a swing House seat in California.

Republicans haven't picked up a congressional seat in California since 1998, so I'll be frank: I'm worried. This is a huge warning sign for Democrats in swing districts like Andy's that Republicans' dark money tactics are working. And if we lose here, we could lose the entire House majority.

Dark money groups and Republican super PACs have already pledged to spend millions in our media market, so I'm hoping I can count on grassroots supporters like you to step up before it's too late. Will you chip in now so we have the resources we need to hold Andy's seat in November?

Now more than ever, we need Andy's voice in Congress. Time and time again, he's proven himself to be a strong advocate for all of us. He's fought to lower the cost of health care, protect working families, and has stood up against powerful corporations.
