We must block resources to Trump's mass deportation plans right now.

ACLU Supporter, President-elect Trump is already appointing architects of his discriminatory Muslim ban and inhumane family separation policy to key positions in his administration and at the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). It's clear: His administration plans to invest in cruelty. <[link removed]>

He plans to target the millions of immigrant community members who live in our neighborhoods, attend our schools, and run small businesses in our communities. His plans would tear our communities apart – using federal resources to conduct mass raids to arrest, detain, and deport countless community members.

This isn't hypothetical – these are people's lives that the incoming Trump administration is threatening to destroy. We can't give him the resources to carry out this plan.

Congress can cut funding to DHS immigration enforcement and refuse to let our tax dollars fund these inhumane mass deportations. But if we're going to block this draconian plan, we need to act now. Tell Congress: Cut funding to DHS immigration enforcement and block Trump's mass deportations. <[link removed]>

Take Action <[link removed]>

What would Trump's plans to deport one million immigrants look like?

Imagine mass raids – ICE officers invading our communities, raiding houses and workplaces to arrest and detain people who are immigrants. Attempting to swiftly arrest and put people on deportation flights overnight, effectively disappearing them from their homes. Separating families and tearing apart communities with no thought to humanity or dignity.

We just can't let that happen, ACLU Supporter. We have to starve the agencies that would carry out these cruel plans – and that starts with cutting off funding to DHS immigration enforcement.

Congress can act now as a guardrail against these plans, checking the power of the executive branch by slashing DHS' immigration enforcement budget and refusing to fund these extreme, anti-immigrant plans. Tell your representatives: Congress must cut DHS immigration enforcement funding and prevent Trump from having the resources he needs to carry out his agenda. <[link removed]>
