The American Foundation for Suicide Prevention is proud to partner with Kenneth Cole and the The Mental Health Coalition. This month, the Coalition aims to shine a light on mental health, and start a conversation about mental health conditions by asking a simple question: “How are you, really?”

The Mental Health Coalition brings together leading mental health organizations including AFSP, the Crisis Text Line, the Jed Foundation (JED), Mental Health America, the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI), The Trevor Project, the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline, as well as leading brands, businesses, influencers and high-profile figures in entertainment.

The #HowAreYouReallyChallenge launching today offers a way to share stories of hope, healing and resiliency on its web page, and video spotlights from celebrities, partners and engagement on social media, which we encourage you to take part in! You can learn more below.

We hope you’ll join us in shining a light on this important issue to create a community that’s smart about mental health.
