John,
With Donald Trump set to take office in January, the Senate must act swiftly to confirm President Biden’s judicial nominees.
Securing these appointments is one of the most productive actions supporters of voting rights can take to protect the judiciary from a right-wing shift and preserve progress on key issues like voting rights, reproductive rights, and environmental protections.
Currently, more than a dozen Biden judicial nominees are awaiting confirmation, including federal district and appeals court judges who are crucial to upholding constitutional rights and balanced justice . If these seats are left open, Trump will have the opportunity to pack the courts with judges who could dismantle decades of progress.
The time is now — let’s not lose this critical opportunity: Tell the Senate to confirm these judges now >> [[link removed]]

Senator Elizabeth Warren put it bluntly in a recent op-ed: " [We] need to act like the clock is running out—because it is ."
We call on the Senate to immediately confirm all pending judicial nominees. This is our chance to protect the judiciary from an extremist shift and to ensure that our courts reflect the values of fairness, justice, and equality for all Americans.
Add your name to urge the Senate to prioritize judicial confirmations and stand firm for a fair and balanced judiciary >> [[link removed]]

Integrity First Voter Action Project is dedicated to expanding ballot access and increasing voter participation across the country.
Since the Supreme Court gutted key provisions in the Voting Rights Act, extreme politicians have taken advantage to pass harsh laws that restrict access to the ballot box. These restrictions particularly affect disadvantaged communities and people of color. It’s our goal to bring awareness to these laws wherever they may crop up and organize voters to take action to ensure the right to vote is available to everyone in their states and communities.
