Hi there, it’s Deborah Ross.

I know we’re all still reeling from the results of the presidential election. The road ahead will be difficult, but let me be clear: The fight to protect our democracy has never been more important.

We must stay focused on defending our fundamental rights and freedoms. With the possibility of total Republican control at hand, I’m determined to ensure that no North Carolinian is left behind by MAGA chaos.

That’s why I voted to protect Social Security this week. Republicans have made it clear that slashing Social Security is one of their top priorities for Donald Trump’s term, and it’s going to take all of us fighting back to protect our seniors — so I need your help right now.
