Friend -

Last month, I talked to a class of fourth graders on a Zoom call, and a student asked me: How did it feel when you were elected governor?

I still remember the excitement I felt in that moment. But running for office wasn't easy. At the time, I was raising my kids, and New Hampshire hadn't yet elected a female governor or senator.

I didn't run because it would be easy. I did it because Granite Staters deserved change, and I knew I could make a difference for New Hampshire. I've never been afraid of a challenge. As a high school teacher, and then a small business owner, and now as a senator, I've always been fiercely committed to fighting for the values that you and I share.

Those shared values fueled my campaign to become governor, and it's what drives me today as I fight to protect New Hampshire's Senate seat.

This November, those values will be on the ballot. Senate control - and the future of everything we care about - hangs in the balance this year, and all the experts are saying Democrats' path to a Senate majority hinges on winning in New Hampshire. But I'll be honest, things aren't looking good. CNBC is calling me one of the most vulnerable Democratic senators in the country. And I was just outraised by my extremist opponent, putting our chances of winning in serious danger.

Even though right-wing Republicans are zeroing in to flip this seat red, I'm prepared to fight back - but I can't do it alone. Right now, my team tells me we're just $15,829 shy of our $45,000 mid-month goal, and we have to get there before midnight tomorrow. That's why I need you to give now and help me defend this seat, friend:

Please, donate $3 or more to help me defend New Hampshire's Senate seat and take back the Senate for Democrats.

What happens in November will determine not only Senate control, but the future of health care, the Supreme Court and so much more. Losing in New Hampshire will end Democrats' chances of winning back the Senate majority. And if we miss even one of our fundraising goals, we could lose this critical race. That's why we cannot afford to fall short of our mid-month goal.

Right now, we still need to raise $15,829 before our deadline at midnight tomorrow, and we're rapidly running out of time. Your donation could be the one that puts us over the top, so I'm going to ask you one more time, friend:

If you care about taking back the Senate for Democrats, rush $3 or more to help me defend New Hampshire's Senate seat.

Thank you for everything you do - I couldn't be more grateful.

With gratitude,

Jeanne
