Dear Friend,

This a monumental time for refugees and immigrants.

Throughout our history, the United States has served as a sanctuary for the most vulnerable, but today that sanctuary might be under serious threat.

That is why USCRI needs your help now more than ever.

For 114 years, USCRI has been on the frontlines, advocating, protecting, and welcoming families and children who need our help to rebuild their lives. And at this very moment, America should be expanding our welcome for those most in need—refugee families and children fleeing war, persecution, and violence.

With your timely one-time gift, we can continue to answer the call. We will passionately stand up against all policies that restrict refugee resettlement or asylum and harm the most vulnerable in our care, many who have lost everything and suffered unspeakable trauma.

With your help, we will continue to pick up new families from the airport, provide urgent housing, schedule medical visits, help children enroll in school, set up employment interviews, and set these new Americans on the path to self-sufficiency.

This year, more than 2,526 refugees have already been resettled by USCRI, and we hope to welcome another 16,563 in the next 11 months.

Welcoming refugees, unaccompanied children, and survivors of trafficking strengthens the United States and reinforces the ideals and values of our nation’s founding. With you in our corner at this urgent time, we know we can make a difference. Together, we can be a positive light for those who need us most.

I appreciate your commitment to refugees, immigrants and the work of USCRI.

With gratitude,
