During this National Women's Health Week, the COVID-19 pandemic has made it more critical than ever to make our health a priority and take care of ourselves and our loved ones. The impact this public health crisis has had on reproductive health care is undeniable, but with your help we have filed a flurry of lawsuits to ensure that essential, time-sensitive abortion care remains accessible through it all.
As we filed these new cases, we have also continued to work (from the safety of our own homes) on more than 30 active cases in 19 states across the country all filed before this pandemic began.
