Republicans continue their effort to disenfranchise Pennsylvania voters
* The Republican National Committee (RNC) filed ([link removed]) two more lawsuits in Pennsylvania to block the counting of undated and wrongly dated mail-in ballots, in Centre and Philadelphia counties.
+ A Pennsylvania judge dismissed ([link removed]) the one lawsuit brought by the RNC and David McCormick challenging the counting of three mail-in ballots in Centre County. The GOP withdrew its contest against two ballots, the judge dismissed the third.
* The Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee and incumbent Sen. Bob Casey’s (D) campaign moved to intervene in a separate case ([link removed]) before Pennsylvania’s highest court. They’re arguing that the undated and wrongly dated mail-in ballots should be counted, or else it would violate the state constitution.
* In all, this week the RNC filed four lawsuits in Pennsylvania in an effort to block wrongly dated and undated mail-in ballots from being counted, just as the incredibly tight U.S. Senate race between McCormick and Casey heads toward a recount ([link removed]) .

Mississippi Supreme Court candidate sues Hinds County over certification delay
* Mississippi Supreme Court candidate Jenifer Branning filed ([link removed]) a lawsuit challenging Hinds County’s delay in certifying the results of the November election. Today is the deadline for the state’s counties to certify, but Hinds is not done counting ballots.
