I wanted to check in and say thank you. I know the results, both nationally and locally, were not what we had hoped for. But I wanted to take a moment to express my profound gratitude for everyone who supported this campaign.
We launched this campaign over a year ago when I was only 26 years old. At first, no one took us seriously. But each day, our campaign grew person by person, door by door.
We picked up steam and started to get major endorsements and raise more money. We stood true to our values and challenged Beth Van Duyne on her anti-choice positions.
I’m so grateful for each and every one of my supporters. I truly couldn't have done any of this without you. To everyone who voted for me, knocked on a door, made phone calls, or donated, I am eternally grateful.
While I’m not headed to Congress, I look forward to continuing to work with my community, with people from both parties, to find common-sense solutions for the families of North Texas.
So grateful,
Sam Eppler
