Hi all!
Just another reminder that our Phoenix DSA chapter has an in-person meeting TOMORROW (Saturday, November 16). We'll be at Escalante Multi-Generational Center in Tempe (2150 E Orange St., Tempe, AZ 85281) from 1-3 pm (with an optional social gathering afterwards).
RSVP here.
We'll debrief the election results and the overall political situation, and share perspectives about how we got here and what might be coming next. And we'll dive into planning and next steps around our ongoing organizing work, from building the labor movement to mutual aid to direct action to supporting candidates who truly share our values.
Can't make it tomorrow afternoon but interested in getting involved? Consider coming to our mutual aid event on Sunday morning, or our political education book club meeting on Sunday evening.
Other questions, thoughts or ideas? Reply to this email and we'll be in touch!
Together, we are determined to keeping fighting for a better world, here in Phoenix and all over the country. And we need you with us.
Best,
Phoenix DSA

Join DSA today.
This is an incredibly difficult moment. But giving up isn't an option...and none of us can fight back alone.
This is a moment to build community, stick together, and get organized.
DSA is one of the largest socialist organizations in US history. We're 100% funded by our own member dues, and we make decisions democratically. We are independent of both political parties and not beholden to funders or anyone but ourselves.
The only way to beat fascism is to grow and build the power of organizations like DSA.
If you're not a DSA member yet, today is the day to become one.
And make sure to join us for our next general meeting -- Saturday, November 16, 1-3 pm. We'll be in person in Phoenix (location to be announced soon). We'll debrief the election results and the overall political situation, and share perspectives about how we got here and what might be coming next. And we'll dive into planning and next steps around our ongoing organizing work, from building the labor movement to mutual aid to direct action to supporting candidates who truly share our values. Afterwards, we'll head out for a social and spend some time just enjoying each others' company.
Together, we are determined to keeping fighting for a better world, here in Phoenix and all over the country. And we need you with us.
