Team,

In Mississippi, nearly every obstacle that could prevent someone from voting is in effect.

There are no early voting options. Requesting an absentee ballot is a multi-step process, and many college students have to travel for hours just to vote in person.

Every election is designed to feel like a test of endurance, and as a result, many eligible voters are shut out from participating in our democratic process.

But there's hope. Our partners, like SHERo Mississippi and the Mississippi Workers’ Center for Human Rights, are overcoming these obstacles one voter at a time.

All year long, they’ve been registering voters, knocking on doors, and motivating folks to make their voices heard at the ballot box.

But Mississippi's history of voter disenfranchisement won’t go away overnight. That’s why we need your help.

Together, we can fuel ongoing efforts to keep new voters engaged and motivate even more people to elect leaders who will eliminate these unnecessary barriers.

Will you contribute today to support local organizers like these who don’t stop working after Election Day?
