Donald Trump named the richest man in the world, Elon Musk, and Big Pharma billionaire Vivek Ramaswamy to head up a new commission aimed at slashing popular government programs―and he’s looking at ways to bypass Congress and force his changes through by fiat.

In his tweet announcing the commission, Trump wrote that “Republican politicians have dreamed about the objectives for a very long time.” He called the changes “drastic” and said it would “send shockwaves through the system.”
