This first-of-its-kind ballot initiative allows 70,000+ rideshare drivers in Massachusetts to join a union and level the playing field – and that opens the door for America's 1.7 MILLION rideshare drivers to fight back against greedy tech companies like Uber and Lyft.

Over the last 15 years, rideshare companies like Uber and Lyft have taken advantage of broken labor laws and dragged down standards for ALL workers. Year after year, they've posted record revenue while drivers are still left with sub-minimum wages, debt, deactivation without due process, and threats of violence without recourse.
This win allows drivers to unionize no matter which app they drive for. That means we'll be able to get tech giants like Uber and Lyft to the bargaining table and fight for meaningful improvements to pay, working conditions, and more. But this will only work if we keep fighting and building worker power at every level.
