Dear John,
We're just days away from the largest post-election racial justice
gathering in the United States. From November 20-22, over 4,000 people
will converge on St. Louis, MO , for our Facing Race
[[link removed]] conference. Together, we'll analyze
the election results, explore challenges and opportunities for our movements
and communities, recharge our spirits, and chart our course for the next
four years.
While in-person tickets are sold out, virtual tickets are still
available. Don't miss out—sign up now!

In light of last week's presidential election, this year's Facing Race
carries even greater significance.
Now, more than ever, we need more space to strategize and organize. We
need forums where we can engage in difficult yet critical conversations,
always leading with care and empathy. Recognizing the weight of this
moment, we've placed wellness, healing, community safety, and the
cultivation of joy and resilience at the heart of our conference
programming.

Despite the many forces threatening to divide us, we must stand firm in
our commitment to fighting for equitable systems, spaces, and
governance. Now is not the time to give in to divisive rhetoric or
retreat from our goals. Instead, we must unite and push forward with
renewed determination.
Our conference theme this year, "Our Power, Our Solutions," embodies our
collective strength and wisdom. Building a more just and inclusive
democracy will require all of us standing shoulder to shoulder,
listening deeply to each other, and building robust cross-sectoral,
multiracial solidarity.

Keeping You Safe
Your health and safety remain our top priority as we prepare to gather
at Facing Race. We've implemented a COVID policy in line with current
CDC guidelines and recommendations. All attendees must show proof of a
negative at-home antigen test at registration. Daily testing is
encouraged, and free test kits will be accessible at the registration
area.
We appreciate your cooperation as we navigate these challenges together.
