This has been a milestone year for Our Children’s Trust and our groundbreaking work across the globe. Our Children’s Trust began in 2010 premised on the truth that our courts are both vital to a vibrant democracy and empowered to save our planet for our children’s sake. 

From Helena to Anchorage, Oahu to Bermuda, our youth plaintiffs are standing strong for a safe, livable climate. They come from diverse backgrounds as ranchers, students, cultural practitioners, and climate activists, united in their determination to secure a healthy world for future generations. 

We want to thank you for being part of our community at Our Children’s Trust. You represent 113 countries and all 50 states—educators, grandparents, scientists, physicians, attorneys, students and advocates—from all walks of life. Across geographies and experiences, you share a commitment to our planet, to the future, and to our youth.
