Fox News: President-elect Trump on Thursday selected Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. to lead the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). “I am thrilled to announce Robert F. Kennedy Jr. as The United States Secretary of Health and Human Services (HHS). For too long, Americans have been crushed by the industrial food complex and drug companies who have engaged in deception, misinformation, and disinformation when it comes to Public Health,” Trump said in his announcement ( Fox News). Trent Leisy: RFK Jr. revealed that President Trump’s DOJ will launch RICO investigations and prosecute the collusion between medical boards, medical journals, and Big Pharma ( X).

Bill Ackman Labels Trump’s Cabinet As “The Dream Team”
Washington Examiner: Billionaire hedge fund manager Bill Ackman praised President-elect Donald Trump for enlisting “dream team” billionaire Elon Musk and tech entrepreneur Vivek Ramaswamy for co-leading a proposed Department of Government Efficiency, or DOGE, to eliminate government waste through slashing government spending. “I call it the ‘dream team.’ I’m super impressed. We have Elon Musk and a good friend of mine Vivek Ramaswamy, who is incredibly talented,” Ackman said in an interview with SiriusXM host Megyn Kelly ( Washington Examiner). Megyn Kelly Show: “Now we have an opportunity to not only find cost savings, but operate more effectively…” Bill Ackman on Elon Musk and Vivek Ramaswamy about to get to work reforming the government with DOGE ( X).

Blinken: "Every dollar we have at our disposal” Will Go To Ukraine
Townhall: The Biden White House can do nothing to ‘Trump-proof’ their policies before January 20. Like with Obama’s exit after the 2016 election, Democrats will figure out that most of what Biden did was regulatory. Almost all of it will be nixed when President-elect Donald J. Trump takes office. It’s quite the gut punch to a knowingly false narrative that Joe Biden’s presidency was an elite accomplishment. You remember that Biden line: ‘I’ve done more than any other president in history.’ I think Franklin Delano Roosevelt and Abraham Lincoln would disagree strongly. With nothing they can save, they’re going hardcore on the one item left at their disposal: The Ukraine War ( Townhall). Breaking 911: Secretary of State Antony Blinken announces “every dollar we have at our disposal will be pushed to Ukraine between now and January 20th” when Trump takes office ( X). Glenn Greenwald: Voters: I’m angry that we can’t buy food, have no health insurance, our communities are crumbling, our neighbors are dying of overdose, we can’t afford prescriptions, and we have no jobs that pay a living wage. The Biden administration ( X).

What is the Cost of Red Tape?
Washington Examiner: All eyes in Washington, D.C., are turning to President-elect Donald Trump’s promise to cut Obama- and Biden-era federal regulations now that the choking price tag for the current administration’s red tape has been partially tabulated. According to American Action Forum, the cost of President Joe Biden’s significant regulations pushed on America by several agencies is $1.8 trillion, a shocking amount when compared to the $1.2 billion Trump’s regulations cost. Even former President Barack Obama kept his regulatory burden to under $500 billion. “It’s quite a number,” said Dan Goldbeck, the director of regulatory policy at American Action Forum. And, he added, Team Biden still plans to jam through more rules before turning the keys of the government over to Trump. Besides breaking the cost burden on America with his regulations, Biden is on a path to bust the record of publishing those rules in the Federal Register, America’s handbook of red tape. According to Clyde Wayne Crews of the Competitive Enterprise Institute, the total this year is already in second place at 89,476 pages. Obama has the record at 95,894, but with two months to go in the Biden administration and promises of more rules coming, Biden is expected to burst through that ceiling ( Washington Examiner).

Chicago Leadership Promises to Defend Illegal Immigrants in State
Fox News: Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson claimed during a Tuesday press conference that President-elect Donald Trump is a threat to Black families in his city in response to Trump’s plan to address illegal immigration. “His threat is not just towards new arrivals and undocumented families. His threats are also against Black families…we’re going to protect undocumented individuals,” said Mayor Johnson. “We’re going to protect Black folks, Brown folks, Asian folks. The city of Chicago will be better, stronger and safer despite who’s in the White House” ( Fox News). Steve Guest: Illinois Democrat Governor JB Pritzker wants to run for president in 2028. His campaign platform: “I will do everything that I can to protect our undocumented immigrants.” Pritzker prioritizes illegal aliens over the American people. Insane & dangerous ( X). Libs of Chicago: Illinois has spent over a $1B on “migrants” but he continently leaves that out of the conversation & instead acts as though ICE is going to be raiding factories. Not cooperating with ICE to remove illegals who have committed crimes makes JB complicit ( X).

ABC, Other Networks Look to Add More Pro-Trump Voices
PJ Media: The TV networks are in scramble mode as they try to find voices and personalities that match the country’s pro-Trump mood. Discussions about bringing a pro-Trump voice onto ABC’s daytime moneymaker “The View” are underway, and changes to other programming are also being considered. ABC execs were apparently so insulated in their own ideological cocoon that the extent of Trump’s victory caught them completely by surprise. Similar discussions are underway at other networks as well. The discussions reveal just how deeply the networks were in denial and how terrified they are now that they must face viewers who are angered by the network’s anti-Trump slant. The radical left hosts of “The View” are going to be a problem. They not only supported Kamala Harris for president but have disparaged half their audience since Trump won by lambasting women who voted for Trump as “ignorant…Be that as it may, ABC is desperately trying to change the dynamic of the show to be more Trump-friendly ( PJ Media). New York Post: The Disney-owned network — which came under fire over how ABC News moderators grilled Donald Trump during the presidential debate against Vice President Kamala Harris — has been holding high-level meetings since last week’s rout by the former president. “The View is facing pressure from higher-ups,” the source said. “Viewers can expect some major changes including bringing in new panelists that can bring in a pro-Trump perspective.” The source did not signal whether one of the current panelists would be bounced or if the already crowded desk would add a seventh seat. “Everyone on ‘The View’ endorsed Kamala Harris. They lost. They are out of touch with America,” the source said. “For a show about different perspectives, ‘The View’ doesn’t seem to have any when it comes to Trump. ABC bosses don’t want to alienate the pro-Trump demographic” ( New York Post).

Celebrities Begin Abandoning X Platform
See ya! Townhall: With President-elect Donald Trump back in the White House, woke, elite, Hollywood celebrities are making good on their promises to boycott his second presidency by first saying goodbye to X. Hollywood actress Jamie Lee Curtis announced her exit from the social media platform on Wednesday, asking God to grant her “the serenity to accept things I cannot change. Courage to change things I can.” Although Curtis did not give an exact reason for quitting the social media platform, her decision comes amid Trump’s announcement that X CEO Elon Musk and GOP Ohio businessman Vivek Ramaswamy would partner to head the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE), a plan to streamline bureaucracy…Former CNN host Don Lemon also deleted his X account on Wednesday following Trump’s announcement, saying he “once believed it was a place for honest debate and discussion, transparency, and free speech, but I now feel it does not serve that purpose” ( Townhall). Bob Casey Desperately Attempts to Cling to Power
Townhall: S oon-to-be-former Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer finally relented and permitted Republican Senator-elect Dave McCormick of Pennsylvania to attend new member orientation. McCormick’s name plate showcased his new title, and he took beaming photos outside his new office. Meanwhile, back in Pennsylvania, the longtime incumbent Democrat who lost to McCormick still won’t admit he’s lost the race. The math has been clear for more than a week that Bob Casey was defeated and that he has no path to victory. That didn’t stop him from enlisting the help of Democrat elections lawyer Marc Elias to try to steal the election. It won’t work, but the attempt is galling nevertheless. With all the counting finished in Philadelphia, including adjudicated provisional ballots, McCormick’s lead is still in the tens of thousands. More provisional ballots are now being tabulated elsewhere, and it’s not going well for Team Casey ( Townhall). Guy Benson: This is a pitiful way for Bob Casey to go out, but he *is* going out because he’s lost ( X). Bucks GOP: Democrat Commissioners violate the rule of law and ignore PA Supreme Court ruling! Democrat Commissioners Diane Marseglia and Bob Harvie voted today to count illegal ballots, against PA Supreme Court ruling, in an attempt to aid former Senator Bob Casey. “…precedent by a court doesn’t matter anymore in this country. And people violate laws anytime they want. For me if I violate this law, it’s because I want a court to pay attention to it.” – Diane Marseglia ( X).

Teacher Who Threatened Trump Supporters Apologizes to Angry Parents
Townhall: A Connecticut teacher who resigned after she threatened to kill Trump voters in a viral post shared a message to outraged parents: she’s “sorry that you had to see that side of me.” In the video, Annie Dunleavy, the former Chesire teacher, warns supporters of the president-elect not to “test their gangster” on her because they will “end up in a stretcher…gone…forever.” Cheshire Public Schools Superintendent Jeff Solan released a statement responding to the controversy, noting her comments “did not reflect the position of our school system. They were hurtful, deeply concerning, and ultimately undermined the faith that our community has placed in us. Every student and family has the right to attend our schools free from the concern of political prejudice, let alone their safety.” Dunleavy told News 8 she was “in a moment of high emotion” and “shouldn’t have posted” ( Townhall). Breaking 911: Connecticut teacher who threatened violence against Trump supporters fake cries after resigning, cops declined to bring charges. “I’m so, so sorry” ( X).
