Trump has proved he is untrustworthy to appoint candidates who have the proper experience, competence, and character needed to execute critical functions of the federal government - just look at the last three - Matt Gaetz (AG), Tulsi Gabbard (DNI), and Pete Hegseth (DoD). Therefore, please request your Senators to do the following for every nominee. |

Request a complete and credible background check of each candidate - at a level suitable for the position they seek to hold.
- Once the background check is complete, hold a public hearing to allow Senators to ask questions regarding the nominees' experience, competence, and character and any risks of blackmail, bribery, or national security.

Exercise their independent judgment as to whether the candidate meets the requirements of the job and will bring honor to the U.S.

How could Matt Gaetz serve as Attorney General with no prosecutorial experience and a history of criminal investigations? How could Tulsi Gabbard lead U.S. intelligence given her associations with Russia, Syria, and China? And what qualifies Pete Hegseth to manage the Defense Department’s 3.4 million employees, $841 billion budget, and global operations? Most importantly, can we trust they’d put the country’s interests above loyalty to Trump, Elon Musk, or their own ambitions?
