For me, that means producing quality laws that fix the problems facing Arizona.
As you could see by the weeklong time it took to count votes, we still have issues with the conduct of our elections. Pima County kept changing the total numbers of votes, and we still had blatant issues of corruption.
Trash bags full of late registrations. Dozens of fraudulent ballots listing the same location as the address. Activist judges subverting the laws passed by the legislature.
So clearly, we have more work to do. Thankfully, I'll be able to do that work as the Chair of the Judiciary and Elections Committee!
I will also be the Vice Chair of the Committee on Government- so I will be able to raise the prospect of breaking up Maricopa County into smaller parts for better governance.
We have BIG things we need to accomplish. NOW is the time to get to work.
As we have found out previously, the corporate media will NEVER tell the truth about the work we do in the Senate. So if we want to get the truth out, we will have to pay for it.
