After the heartfelt speech by Vice President Harris last week, we are all being called on to keep fighting for our country and our freedoms. Emerge has always been at the forefront of recruiting, training, and supporting Democratic women up and down the ballot.

We work around the clock – not just during a presidential election – to help women get elected from school boards to Congress.

This year, we witnessed a win rate of around 70% for our alums who ran for office and there is no other organization in Democratic politics that is consistently successful in helping women win! This critical work is only possible with your support.

This is the beginning and an opportunity to take action and we are already seeing a big uptick in interest from women wanting to train and run. That’s why we’re moving full steam ahead and hosting dozens of state-based and national virtual trainings in 2025 for women who want to run for office. However, it will take significant resources to ensure we can keep up with the demand and train as many women as we can.
