We can’t lick our wounds and sit back as Republicans work to take us backwards. We have to be a part of the fight to resist their agenda and push back where we can.
Look, the last thing we want to do is come back to you and ask for money. So many of you were tremendous in supporting SEEC PAC ahead of this election, and that’s why we were able to re-elect over 95% of our climate champions to Congress - making this a bright spot for Democrats in an election that was otherwise incredibly demoralizing.
But we have to realize that we have a long fight on our hands, and we can’t just come in at the end and hope voters feel differently. The work to build our climate movement starts now.
