First of all, THANK YOU for helping re-elect Summer Lee to Congress for another two years to lay it all on the line for the people. Your support has been instrumental, and because of you, Summer is ready to continue her fight for justice, equity, and accountability in Washington.
While there are many losses to grieve this election cycle and a lot of rebuilding to do, know that we have always been ready to take on this fight. Why? Because as you have seen, we come ready, and we stay ready. That’s exactly why Summer remains undefeated. With her unshakable commitment and resilience, she represents a vision of politics that reflects us all—courageous, fearless, and driven by purpose and a commitment to the people.
We desperately need more leaders willing to stand up to corporations and billionaires, to champion the needs of the people, and to build a party that represents each and every one of us. Summer won because she embodies that spirit. She’s a leader who understands what it takes to rebuild and win, who knows the stakes, and who is relentless in her pursuit of progress.
We’ve never done this work because it’s easy–we do it because it’s right, and now is not the time to retreat—it’s the time to lead! We fight because our communities deserve more than empty promises and status quo politics.
