Every day, our small team is leading the charge to protect the digital freedoms that make a just and equitable society possible. The stakes could not be higher. From doing everything we can to beat back expansions of surveillance and push for surveillance-free sanctuary cities,¹ to stopping data brokers and restoring personal privacy, to expanding end-to-end encryption that protects abortion seekers and funds, to defending net neutrality,² we have big plans for 2025 and beyond.

We rely on our monthly supporters and generous partners alike to keep all the moving parts of this work afloat. That’s why this month, we’re thrilled to announce that we’ve been selected as one of CREDO Mobile’s November grant recipients.

Here’s what this means: CREDO Mobile,³ a phone carrier whose users help generate funds for progressive causes, holds an online vote to give out funds ($35,000 this month), divided among three amazing nonprofits. This month, we’ve been nominated alongside the Legal Defense Fund and the Other 98%. You can vote for one or multiple orgs, and the percentage of the votes we receive determines the size of our grant.
