To say this wasn’t the outcome we wanted would be a colossal understatement. But come January 20, 2025, we’re facing a second Trump presidency.
I know you’re angry, scared, and worried about the future of our country. Trust me, we are too. But there is one thing we can do right now—before Trump becomes president—to help safeguard our rights and our future.
Senate Democrats must act now and use their power to confirm federal judges for dozens of remaining vacancies before Trump has the chance to fill them with MAGA judges who will continue to attack our fundamental freedoms.
Why is this important? Federal judges hold their positions for life. They decide on issues that impact our everyday lives—from abortion access to voting rights to common sense gun safety laws.
We know your senators are Republicans, which makes pushing them on this issue feel like a non-starter. But there’s still a way you can help. Click here to spread the word on social media about these judicial vacancies and what’s at stake to make sure others take action.

We need to fill these lifetime appointments with judges who will stand up to the Trump administration and defend justice, equality, and the rights of all Americans for years to come. If these dozens of vacancies remain unfilled, Trump will appoint MAGA judges loyal to him, potentially turning back decades of progress.
Share with your community and spread the word—we must make filling these judicial seats our priority before the Trump administration enters office.
