Here are just some of the real impacts we've made together: 

• We are building community capacity by supporting local organizations and awarding $4.3 million in grants to our members, promoting wealth building, health, and environmental equity.
• We bridged investment gaps by negotiating $14.7 billion in community benefit agreements with First Citizens Bank, First National Bank, Old National Bank, and Santander Bank in 2023 and 2024. These commitments support mortgage lending, small business support, community development, investments, and philanthropy in low-to-moderate-income (LMI) and under-resourced communities.
• Through GROWTH by NCRC, we have built/rehabbed 96 affordable homes – an investment of $16 million in affordable housing initiatives within LMI communities.
