Hi friend,
There’s no sugarcoating it: Pennsylvania voters joined with six other swing states and elected anti-environment candidates at the federal level. But at the same time, voters kept the State House in pro-environment hands, and they returned the same number of pro-environment lawmakers to the State Senate.
How did we get here, and what do these results mean for the years ahead?
Join us on Monday, November 18 for our 2024 Pennsylvania Post-Election Forum where we will break down the results of the election, lay out who came out on top and who fell short, and give our analysis of what it means for the legislative landscape going into 2025. We’ll also discuss the work we did to elect environmental champions and how we can build on this momentum to defend attacks coming out of a Trump administration on Pennsylvanian’s water, air, and public lands next year.
