As you know, our signature case - Miller v. Becerra - was temporarily delayed due to COVID-19.

But as California gradually begins to re-open, this case is sure to receive a new hearing date with Judge Benitez.

Which is why we are re-activating our Legal Team assigned to the case with the intention or repealing the ban ASAP.

And although we do not yet have the new hearing date, it's important to remember that Judge Benitez just recently overturned Gavin Newsom's ammo law.

Which is why we are optimistic that justice could finally be done for California gun owners.
