We congratulate President-elect Trump, Vice President-elect Vance, Senate Republicans, and House Republicans on their victories and commend them on their commitment to strengthening our economy, reducing the regulatory burden, and enhancing our energy security. We look forward to working with the new administration to advance our goal of durable market-based solutions to today’s environmental, conservation and energy challenges.
“Additionally, I’d like to congratulate Roosevelt Conservation Caucus members Sen. Shelley Moore-Capito (R-WV) and Sen. John. Barrasso (R-WY) on their new leadership roles. Both have been recipients of our Congressional Champions Award for their commitment to advocating for innovative and commonsense environmental, energy, and conservation policies. The Roosevelt Conservation Caucus is a bicameral group dedicated to applying right-of-center solutions to a litany of challenges, including clean air and water, next-generation affordable and lower-emission energy sources, wildlife conservation, and access to public lands and waters.
