I am proud to be a member of The Congressional Hispanic Caucus, where my colleagues and I advance legislation around the issues that uniquely affect the Hispanic community.

This caucus gives me the opportunity to connect with representatives across the country -- who I might not normally get to work with -- to address national issues and craft policies. One such legislator is freshman congresswoman Xochitl Torres Small.

Xochitl has proven to be a crucial member of this caucus as we hold the Republicans and the Trump administration accountable for their actions. But, she’s on the National Republican Congressional Committee’s target list for 2020.

Xochitl’s re-election is a must-win if we want to continue to push forward progressive legislation that helps the Hispanic community and everyone who calls our country home. Can you split a donation between my campaign and Xochitl’s to protect the Democratic majority?

A lifelong New Mexican running for re-election in New Mexico’s Second District, Xochitl flipped this seat in 2018 and Republicans are gearing up to take it back.

It’s critical we keep this seat blue, not only to protect the House majority, but also to make sure the representative who serves the people of southern New Mexico will stand up to inhumane immigration practices at the border.
