Help us equitably decarbonize Minnesota!
Make your gift to Fresh Energy today [[link removed]] for Give to the Max Day to support a just, prosperous, and resilient future powered by a shared commitment to a carbon-neutral economy.
Dear John,
Minnesota has made major strides in climate action over the past few years, and we cannot afford to stop now. We are deeply committed to a clean energy future, and now, more than ever, we need your help to get there.
Fresh Energy’s recent policy work has made transformative progress: We helped pass Minnesota’s 100% clean electricity law, a landmark clean lighting bill to phase out inefficient and toxic fluorescent bulbs, as well as ambitious targets to reduce energy use in both commercial and residential buildings by 80% and 70% by 2036 and 2038, respectively.
Our climate policy success isn’t limited to electricity, buildings, and transportation: We’re proud to be expanding our focus toward Minnesota’s agriculture and heavy industry sectors to begin the challenging work of lowering emissions from hard-to-decarbonize industries.
Our ambitious policies wouldn’t be possible without our community of supporters. Because of people like you, we’ve made unprecedented strides in lowering emissions equitably across Minnesota. And we are unwavering in that commitment. But we need your help to do it. Will you stand with us to double-down on climate solutions and create an equitable, carbon-free future?
John, will you contribute to Fresh Energy this Give to the Max Day to help us rapidly build an equitable, clean economy? Right now, your gift will be matched, dollar for dollar, up to $10,000, when you donate at GiveMN.org [[link removed]] .
Donate Now [[link removed]]
And, between now and November 21, every donation Fresh Energy receives on GiveMN.org will be entered into special drawings that could award Fresh Energy a prize grant between $500 and $10,000. Your gift, no matter the size, will help make an impact on our work to decarbonize Minnesota.
Because of supporters like you, Fresh Energy has achieved historic climate policy wins at the Minnesota Legislature and beyond and provided a strong, defensive xxxxxx against policies that aim to undo the clean energy and climate progress we have made. And as we rise to new challenges, we will be stronger with you by our side.
When you give to Fresh Energy for Give to the Max Day, you’re powering real, meaningful climate policy in Minnesota. Will you join [[link removed]] us as we take on the climate crisis together?
Sincerely,
