Affordable Homes & Communities (AHC) knows all about building a solid foundation. Last year, we moved forward on five new affordable communities in Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, D.C., and welcomed our neighbors to 527 new affordable homes. Just as buildings need solid foundations, individuals require support and stability to succeed.

AHC brings together quality housing with our award-winning, nationally certified Resident Services, giving our neighbors the foundation they need to learn, grow, and reach their full potential. AHC’s coordinated onsite services include eviction prevention, financial literacy training, health resources, food assistance, and much more. Our youth development program provides a safe and nurturing environment for young people like Sofia.

As AHC looks to the future, we want to ensure all our neighbors have a place to call home and the resources they need to thrive.
