In less than 24 hours, over 20,000 of you took action—and together, we
defeated H.R. 9495. This bill, which would have given Trump the power to
dismantle nonprofits he views as political adversaries, was stopped in its
tracks because of our unified front.

This victory shows that when we come together, we win. It demonstrates
that women will protect our democracy and defend our freedoms. And as we
face new challenges, we’ll continue to rise up, stronger than ever.
Over the next few weeks and months, we’ll build the largest, strongest
“we” yet—to protect each other, defend our freedoms, and secure our
families’ futures. This is only the beginning.
