I’m reaching out to you today to ask if you’ll support Christina
Bohannan’s recount effort for a House seat in Iowa. But first, let me
share a bit about Christina and the current state of the race.

Christina is a friend and former colleague. I know that she cares deeply
for the people of Iowa’s first district. She’s running to represent the
same district I lived in when I taught at the University of Iowa!

Christina is challenging a Republican incumbent, and with nearly all the
votes counted, she’s behind by only a few hundred votes — or 0.2% of the
vote total.
