John -- Connecticut recently passed a ballot initiative to expand the use of mail-in voting to all citizens with no excuse, every year. This follows other states, like Maryland, which allow voters to permanently opt-in to receive and submit their ballot by mail.
Mail voting -- in use in the United States since the Civil War -- has repeatedly been proven to be a safe, secure, and reliable voting method used by voters of all political parties.
