Our worst fears are starting to materialize as president-elect Donald Trump took to social media to announce his “Ten Principles” for great schools.

You must read these yourself, so I’m linking them here, but the most important takeaways are that Trump is going to attempt to impose forced Christian doctrine on our public schools, AND he is going to destroy the Department of Education.

We have been drumming up the noise for months about Trump’s threats against the Department of Education through Project 2025. Even when he tried to distance himself from the plan, we knew that if he got back into office, he would be right back in the driver's seat of implementing these destructive policies.

Now that reality is beginning to come to pass, we must be ready to fight back—and it will start with continuing our work to elect common-sense School Board members. Will you assist us in our mission by rushing an emergency donation to Educated We Stand immediately?

We know that Trump wants to add Moms for Liberty members to his White House leadership team, and these “principles” are an early Christmas gift for the Moms for Liberty crowd. They will energize their base and help them raise funds for the next round of School Board Elections.

We must ensure we can implement a nationwide strategy to counter them. And while I know you’re exhausted from this past election, we will only truly be lost when we give up. And, JOHN, we’re not giving up.
