While Republicans hold Congress, Democrats can still propose bills that
force the GOP to either vote yes and stand with the working class or else
reveal themselves as frauds beholden to corporate greed.

Here are some of the priorities Bernie is urging Democrats to fight for in
2025:

* End Citizens United and stop billionaires from buying elections
* Raise the federal minimum wage to $17 an hour
* Pass the PRO Act to make it easier for workers to unionize
* Protect and expand Social Security benefits by lifting the cap
* Expand Medicare to include home care, dental, hearing, and vision
* Cut prescription drug prices in half
* Guarantee paid medical and family leave
* Guarantee equal pay for equal work
* Build 3 million housing units of affordable housing
* Tuition free higher education
* Make childcare affordable
* Raise public school teacher pay
* Tax the rich
* Slash the massive Pentagon budget

As Bernie said, “The simple fact is: if you stand with working people,
they will stand with you. In my view, if Democrats deliver on an agenda
like this, they can win back the working class of our country and the
White House.”

No matter how many people in the billionaire class or leadership of the
Democratic Party criticize Bernie for speaking the truth, we know our
progressive fight is the way forward.

Our movement must come together now, when many in the Democratic Party
don’t know the best path ahead, and amass our support behind Bernie’s
economic agenda. This is how we fight Trumpism and make a working class
agenda central to the Democratic Party.
