Counting is going on in all five counties today. We have observers in each county as the Provisional Ballots cast in Early Voting and on Election Day are counted.

There are approximately 20,000 provisional ballots. We won with voters on election day and in early voting, so this count should be very different from the vote-by-mail counts.
