While my opponent, Lee Zeldin, has chosen fealty to a corrupt administration, we’re fighting to ensure we have scientists in Washington representing us and delivering policy based on facts -- not just serving as advisors to leaders who refuse to believe and trust the data.

If we can deliver my message and background as a scientist to enough voters across Long Island through outreach, television, mail, and digital, we will win. It’s time we elect leaders who use science and clear thinking in their decision-making process when working on legislation that impacts not only our lives, but those for generations to come.

The work to flip NY-01 red to blue and to unseat the science-denying GOP Congressman Lee Zeldin never stops. My team let me know that in order to reach not only our mid-month goal but also our mid-quarter fundraising benchmark, we need to raise a few thousand more before tomorrow.

By now, I’m sure you are aware that after each fundraising quarter, we file our financial report publicly with the FEC showing how much we’ve raised, how many people helped us do that, and how much we’ve spent.
