While we look ahead to a future of uncertainty, we want to thank you for the leadership you’ve shown throughout your campaign and your careers.
Kamala, you’ve made history time and again. From casting a record-breaking number of tie-breaking Senate votes — including passing the American Rescue Plan — to being the first sitting Vice President to visit an abortion provider, you’ve inspired and fought for us all.
Tim, from expanding free school meals and paid family and medical leave to protecting reproductive rights to leading the Democratic Governors Association to elect more Dem govs, we are proud of everything you’ve done and will continue to do for our country.
Together, the both of you led a campaign built on joy, unity, and hope at a time of unprecedented negativity and divisiveness. You knew the best way forward as a country was together, and we thank you for always standing up for us!
We know we have a tough road ahead, with a Trump presidency, a Republican Senate and potentially House, and 38 governors’ races on the ballot in 2025 and 2026 in crucial battleground states like Virginia, Michigan, and Pennsylvania.
But because of both of you and Democratic governors across the country who continue to fight for us, we’re ready to roll up our sleeves and get to work fighting for the promise of America.
Thank you for all you have done, are doing, and will continue to do for our country.
