As we see in the 2024 Energy Permitting Reform Act, there is a bipartisan recognition that America needs to reform our energy permitting framework. This is a critical issue that should be addressed on Day 1 of the next congressional session, but we need your help to make sure that this gets done.

The bureaucratic and legal framework of our current energy permitting process is outdated and is a significant barrier to American energy production and global competitiveness.
