SCOTUS hands loss to Mark Meadows in election subversion case
* Today, the U.S. Supreme Court rejected ([link removed]) Mark Meadows' request ([link removed]) to move his Georgia election subversion charges to federal court.

Georgia certification proceeds today without any issues
* Local election officials across Georgia are voting today to certify the results of the 2024 election. After concerns that MAGA officials may refuse to certify races, the process has been ([link removed]) fairly quiet and routine following President-elect Donald Trump's victory.

RNC appeals pro-voting ruling over undated and misdated ballots
* The Republican National Committee asked ([link removed]) the Pennsylvania Supreme Court to fully review a case over undated and wrongly dated mail-in ballots. Republicans want to disqualify timely received ballots just for missing a correct handwritten date on the outer return envelope.

Ohio AG approves summary for proposed pro-voting amendment
